A deposit may be required before work begins.

Late payments may incur a late fee or interest, as permitted by UK law.
ARETI SERVICES LTD reserves the right to suspend services due to non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All intellectual property rights in the materials, code, and designs we create remain the property of ARETI SERVICES LTD until full payment is received.
Once payment is complete, the client may be granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use the work for its intended purpose.

Clients must not copy, resell, or distribute our work without permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate information, content, and materials required for project completion.
Respond to communication promptly to avoid delays.
Ensure they have the right to use any materials (logos, images, content) they supply.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

If the client cancels a project after work has started, any deposit paid may be non-refundable.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the work completed.
ARETI SERVICES LTD reserves the right to cancel services if a client breaches these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver high-quality, error-free work:

ARETI SERVICES LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the fees paid by the client.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems, hosting providers, or force majeure events.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality. Any sensitive or proprietary information shared with us will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
